To Our Children's Korean Parents
The possibility of finding and meeting birth parents is becoming more and more common.
Many adoptees and even families with younger children have found and met, and have relationships with mothers, fathers, siblings,
and extended families.
For the birth mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers and families who have not and may never
be found: We want you to know that we understand that the world did not support you when you needed it most, that
you saw no other decision but to place your child in adoption. And so we work toward raising
awareness of the circumstances that prevent women and families from keeping their children.
For although we are separated by space and time and culture, we're joined forever
through our children.
